I worked at National Color where we created offering memorandums for commercial and residential real estate sites. Photos, text, and sections were provided by the client. Layouts for these books were created. Element WEHO is a 44 page memorandum. Made using Adobe Suite’s InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
